The addition of micellar casein and isolate would have been a nice addition. However given the price point, along with the inclusion of clean carb sources, and hydrolysed whey means that this is value for money, with little filler.

The biggest candidates are those lil bitches, sorry I mean “hardgainers” I referenced in the opening paragraph.
Anyone who struggles to put on weight, and I dont just mean muscle, I mean weigh in general, would benefit from this.
Hardgainers typically need a big caloric surplus, which is evident only after establishing macros. If you need to eat a large caloric surplus, and have a small appetite, then you will benefit from taking any weight gain supplement, such as Hard Gainer Extreme.

As for taste, its quite sweet, which I enjoy, but I imagine some may find it to be on the sickly side.

Hard Gainer Extreme is a pretty basic, and cost effective weight gain supplement.
Packing 382 calories in 1 serving (3 scoops) you’re getting a balanced macro profile, and decent total calorie count. It never left me feeling bloated, unlike some of the higher calorie protein shakes out there.
For me, Id typically eat anywhere between 40-80g of carbs, 30-50g protein in a “standard” meal.
Hard Gainer Extreme packs 46g carbs and 32g which is more than ample. Having 3 of these a day in between breakfast, lunch and dinner means you’re adding almost an extra 1200 calories to your diet.
Sure, there are other weight gainers out there packing more calories per serving, but do you really need that many calories in one sitting? Probably not.
