There you have it. Perfect, high protein pancakes, every time.
This is such a simple protein baking recipe, and yet its offers so much flexibility. The flavour of protein powder you choose will change the flavour of the base pancake. Standard vanilla goes with anything, but you can get creative with some of the protein supplements we recommended above.
You can mix in fruits, chocolate chips, or a combination of both into the pancake mix to add an additional layer to the flavour and textures.
No pancakes are complete with the topping though! If you’re looking to add some healthy fats and even more protein into this meal, then adding a high peanut butter such as nuts n more, or my protein’s peanut butter is a safe option. Of course you can be naughty and use some golden syrup or maple syrup, but if you want to keep things on track, then you can’t go wrong with walden farms 0 calorie pancake syrup.
Slice up some fruit, place it on the side of your plate and you’ve got yourself one hell of a meal.
